No Fodmap: Spinach Salad
1 bag (1 lb) of fresh Spinach (got mine from Trader Joe’s, it was great quality and a great price)
1/2 cup sugared walnuts
1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 cup Bleu Cheese (Trader Joe’s tasted great)
1 T. Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar (+ oil, if you prefer) Get this at specialty stores or online
You can also grill a chicken breast and put it on top. I asked the owner of my local “infused oils and vinegars” Store and she said all they put in the Chocolate Vinegar is Cocoa and Aged Vinegar. No fodmaps there!
