Quick Healthy Brownie

1/4 cup brownie mix

1 egg white or egg subs.

2 T. applesauce

(I use a flaxseed egg sustitute and I like it.  I actually haven’t tried it with egg white, but I’m sure it’s just as great.)  Mix all ingredients together.  Pop in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes or so.  You could put it in the microwave if you don’t want to use your oven, but I find that the consistency and rise is much better in the oven.

Egg substitute:

1 T. flaxseed meal

3 T. water

Let sit for 2 minutes before adding to mix
