Pearsauce

Yes, like applesauce, only with pears instead

8 Pears

1/2 natural sweetener

1 T. Cinnamon

1 t. all spice

2 T. marsala or white wine

Heat in a large saucepan, covered, on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.  With a wooden spoon “mash” the pears a little, leaving chunks for texture.  When it reaches desired consistency, enjoy!  Great a la mode!
